Nobody likes filling up, right? But this Billet Fuel Filler Cap is beautifully over-engineered in customary RacingLine fashion to give an exquisite feel and beautiful appearance. Makes pumping gas a little more of a pleasure! This cap is for 'Screw-In' cap applications.

RacingLine’s replacement Fuel Cap is one of those upgrades that will delight you every time you use it. Machined from a solid billet of 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum, it’s lovingly hand-polished then anodized in glossy midnight black with laser-etched logo. It closes with a satisfying engineered 'click' each time you fill up. Make refueling great again! A new pressure relief valve integrated into the cap always maintains balanced tank pressure. The design still allows you to prop the cap in the factory locater in the filler flap while you're filling up. And it comes complete with new rubber o-ring seal and locating tether to match all the functionality of the plastic factory cap. This version of the cap is for 'Screw-In' cap types, typically for older VWG models. RacingLine also offer a 'Push & Twist' type cap, typically found on newer and larger VWG vehicles.
